In 2013, you fall in love with someone from the other side of the world. We realized the only way forward was to find something we could do together.

After meeting and falling in love on the Carnival Dream, a cruise ship where we both worked as dancers, we knew our lives would change. To stay together, we had to shift our career paths, leading to the creation of Zeus and Phyllis Productions.

Our journey started with trial and error, focusing on dance lifts and acro techniques. In 2017, we retired from cruise ships and moved to Orlando, Florida. There, we pursued individual careers—Phyllis as “Maji” in Disney’s Festival of the Lion King and Zeus leading the parkour and breakdancing troupe for Universal Studios’ The Secret Life of Pets parade. We began performing at local events before landing our first contract as an Acro pair at Epcot’s Festival of the Arts in 2018.

The pandemic in 2020 forced a halt in live entertainment, but we used this time to dedicate ourselves fully to our acro pair act. In 2021, we moved to New Orleans for full-time training, and by 2023, we returned to Orlando to launch Zeus and Phyllis Productions.

Our mission is to inspire others to follow their dreams, no matter the challenges, by showcasing our act, which blends acrobatics with trust, passion, and commitment.
